Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using pourly.ca (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Pourly reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, to make purchases from Pourly. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Pricing

All products listed on pourly.ca are soda fountain syrups and related accessories. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. Any promotion or sale pricing is valid only for the period indicated.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Payment is collected at the time of order placement.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Pourly is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Intellectual Property

All content on pourly.ca — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Pourly or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Prohibited Conduct

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
